Hellmann’s National Competition, win tickets to Capital Dance Live In Ibiza
Terms and Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the entrant and the Promoter, (both defined below) in relation to the Hellmann’s National Competition ("Promotion") and shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. These Terms and Conditions apply to you so far as the law permits so, please read them carefully.
2. The Promoter: Unilever UK Limited, Lever House, 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames, United Kingdom, KT1 2BA. The Promoter is responsible for administering the Promotion and for conducting the prize draw.
3. Ticket Provider: Global Media Group Services Limited, 30 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7LA is responsible for providing tickets to the Event and Next Destination Loyalty Group, Deane House Studios, Greenwood Place, London, NW5 1LB is responsible for providing travel & accommodation to the Event.
4. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
How to enter
5. Entry is via completing the entry form on the Hellmann’s website. The entry form can be accessed:

6. Entrants must complete the form by providing the following information:
· First name, Last name, Email address and Phone number
· Agree to these Terms and Conditions whereby you consent to your data being shared by Promoter with a third-party agency for prize fulfilment purposes only.
7. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and valid email address required.
8. The opening date for entries is 00:00 BST 20th July 2026 and the overall closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST 31st July 2026.
9. The Promotion is limited to one entry per person.
10. Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
11. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
12. Automated entries, scripts, or entries made through bots, AI systems, or any other automated means are prohibited. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, including through CAPTCHA or other human verification tools, and to disqualify any entry suspected of being generated or assisted by automated technology. The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of any entry shall be final and made in its sole discretion.
13. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this Promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
14. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
Prize
15. There are 3 prizes to be won for winners to attend Capital Dance Live in Ibiza (Event). The winner and winner’s guest must both be over 18 years old. Winners will receive tickets only valid for the specified date.
· Each Prize includes the following:
· Overnight accommodation for 2 people at Novotel London Stansted on the 19th August 2026 including breakfast.
· Return economy flights for 2 people to Ibiza between Thursday 20th – Sunday 23rd August 2026, including 1 checked bag each. The flights to Ibiza will depart from Stansted on the 20th August at 05:55 and arrive in Ibiza at 09:30 returning from Ibiza on the 23rd August at 12:45 and arriving at Stansted Airport at 14:25
· Return shared transfers from the airport to the hotel in Spain.
· 3 Nights accommodation at 4-star hotel, Ryans Lola’s in San Antonio for 2 people on Thursday 20th – Sunday 23rd August 2026
· Breakfast for 2 people in the hotel restaurant each morning
· Invites to Capital Dance Ibiza for 2 people on the 21st and 22nd August 2026
· Total of £500.00 spending money
· Travel insurance
· Use of the tickets is subject to the terms and conditions on the tickets and the regulations in force at the applicable venue. The tickets may not be resold under any circumstances.
· The prize tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.
· It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure that they (and their guest (if applicable)) are available on the event date(s) and that they follow the ticket terms and conditions. If the event is cancelled, postponed or the artist is delayed, the Promoter is not liable to the winner for any reason.
· Your prize takes place between Wednesday 19th – Sunday 23rd August 2026. Winner must be available on these dates.
· All winner’s details, as per passports, must be received no later than 14th August 2026 in order to complete the booking details with the airline and the accommodation. Should there be a delay in getting these details, we may not be able to ensure travel.
· Entrants must ensure they have the right to enter Spain, no visas are included in this prize.
· Due to the ever-changing travel advice in relation to world events, we would advise that you look at all the information available with regards to the entry requirements of the destination you are travelling to, before selecting your dates. To understand the risks in a country, follow FCDO Travel Advice. You can find information online at https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. It is your responsibility to comply with any requirements for entering Spain and upon returning to the UK. The Promoter and fulfilment agencies are not responsible for the winner not having the correct travel documentation or following any entry regulations.
· Your invites to Capital Dance Live in Ibiza will be provided by the Promoter, terms and conditions may apply.
· Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Winners are responsible to ensure that correct bank details are provided. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.
· Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. Should NDL Group (prize fulfilment company) be unable to purchase travel insurance on the winner’s behalf, a cash sum of £30.00 will be provided to the winner via bank transfer.
· The Ticket Provider/Unilever are not liable or responsible if the winner (and their guest (if applicable)) fails to attend the Event for any reason. If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled, the Ticket Provider will either secure tickets for the winner to attend the rescheduled Event if practical or, at their discretion, provide an alternative prize.
· The Ticket Provider/Unilever shall not be responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by you in relation to the Event unless they form part of the Prize, including any expenditure incurred by you for any postponed or cancelled Event.
· The ticket Provider reserves the right to withhold service, require individuals to leave the venue, or revoke all or part of the prize if, in our reasonable opinion, any prize winner exhibits intoxicated and/or abusive behaviour while attending the event.
Winner selection
16. All valid entries received on or before the closing date of 23:59 BST 31st July 2026 will be entered into a random number generator. The first 3 winners drawn at random will win a prize as outlined in clause 15.
17. If, after a winner has been selected, the Promoter reasonably determines that the winning entry was made, generated, or assisted by automated means (including but not limited to AI systems or bots), or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may declare that entry invalid and select an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision in this regard shall be final and made in its sole discretion.
18. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Announcement and Prize Claim
19. The winner(s) will be notified by email unilevercustomercare@unileverconsumerlink.co.uk within 4 days of the closing date. The winner(s) must claim their prize by responding to the email, confirming that they wish to accept the prize along with the requested personal information (e.g., date of birth/address), and all necessary information for prize fulfilment purposes within 48 hours of the notification.
20. If the winner fails to claim the Prize within the stated time frames set out in clause 19, the Prize will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed Prize to a substitute winner, selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
Data Protection and Publicity
21. If you are selected as a winner and Unilever receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, Unilever will share the email address and phone number of the winer’s with them. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as the winner’s first name with them.
22. The winner’s details may be available on request by writing to Hellmann's, Unilever House, 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 2BA within 10 weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.
23. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller and/or its agent for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoters Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html.
General
24. These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues. As concerns UK residents, these Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
25. The Promoter, Unilever, reserve the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.
