TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ‘LYNX WITH CATNIP’ GIVEAWAY (“PROMOTION”)

 

  1. This Promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.

 

  1. The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

 

How to Enter

 

To enter:

 

  1. Entry is via completing a sign-up form on the Lynx website. Entrants can access the form by visiting: www.lynxwithcatnip.com.

 

  1. Complete the form by providing the following information:
  1. First name;
  2. Last name; and
  3. Email address.

 

  1. Agree to these Terms and Conditions whereby you consent to your data being shared with the Promoter for prize fulfilment purposes only.

 

  1. Answering the additional questions (opting-in to marketing consent) is optional.

 

  1. No purchase is necessary; however, internet access is required.

 

  1. Promotional Period: The opening date for entries is 00:01 GMT on 24 March 2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 4 April 2025.

 

Entry Requirements

 

  1. The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, per email address. No entrant may win more than one prize. Prizes are limited to one per household.

 

  1. Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

 

  1. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

 

  1. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

 

 

 

Prize

 

  1. There are 10 prizes and 10 winners in total. Each winner will win:

 

  1. Only one entry per email address is permitted during the Promotional Period. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

 

  1. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.

 

Selection of Winners

 

  1. All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into a random number generator. The first 10 entries drawn at random will win the prize.

 

  1. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

 

  1. The winner(s) will be notified by email from unilevercustomercare@unileverconsumerlink.co.uk email account within 5 days of the closing date. The winner(s) must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and address within 7 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

 

  1. If you are selected as a winner and the Promoter receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, the Promoter will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK/ROI Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them.

 

General Terms

 

  1. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

 

  1. The Promoter reserve the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.

 

  1. Entrants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents. Entrants’ details will not be passed onto other third party for any other purpose without prior consent. As concerns UK residents, these Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues. As concerns Republic of Ireland residents, these terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
