  1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over who are getting married within a 25 mile radius of the following Ben & Jerry’s scoop shops London Soho, Edinburgh, Peterborough and Windsor, after 7th September 2025.
  2. The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

How to Enter

  1. To enter, visit http://benjerry.co.uk/whats-new/2025/09/win-brookies-wedding-cake and complete the form.
  2. The opening date for entries is 9:00am BST on 27th August 2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 3rd September 11:59pm BST.
  3. No purchase necessary however, internet access and a valid email address and phone number is required.

Entry Requirements

  1. The promotion is limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
  2. Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
  3. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  4. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Prizes

  1. There is one (x1) Ben & Jerry’s Brookies & Cream wedding cake to be won which include the delivery of the cake to the winner's wedding venue, provided the venue is within the specified 25-mile radius of one of the five eligible Scoop Shops. The winner is responsible for ensuring the venue can safely store the ice cream cake.
  2. Unless expenses are expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions to be expenses which are part of any prize, all other expenses incurred by the winners and their guest in preparation for, or during the trip, are the responsibility of the winner and their guest, including but not limited to all other meals, transfers, insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, spending money, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls and all other ancillary costs are not included.
  3. The winner must be at least 18 years old and must be able to provide verification of wedding by showing confirmation of venue.
  4. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no alternative prize, in whole or part. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.

Selection of Winners

  1. All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into a random number generator. The first entry drawn at random will win the wedding cake.
  2. The winner(s) will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the email, confirming their full name, wedding address and venue confirmation as well as point of contact for delivery within 7 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
  3. The winner may be required to  share a picture of the prize at their wedding to be used for marketing purposes By sharing this picture the winner grants The Promotor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and make derivative works of the picture in any media and through any media channel.
  4. If you are selected as a winner and Unilever receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, Unilever will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them.
  5. The winner’s details initials of first and last name may be made available on request by emailing ukicare@unilever.com within 2 weeks of the closing date.

General Terms

  1. The Promoter, Unilever, reserve s the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.
  2. Entrants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents. Entrant’s details will not be passed onto other third party for any other purpose without prior consent.   3. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
