WALL’S LOVE ISLAND SERIES 13 2026 COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1.The Promoter: Magnum ICC UK Limited, Sunlight House, 22 Eden Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1BY. The Promoter is responsible for administering the Promotion. wins. ITV is not the promoter or administrator of this competition, but solely the prize provider.  

2.Eligibility: 

This Promotion is open to GB (England, Wales and Scotland) residents aged 18 years or over who: (a) have a smartphone; (b) internet access 

The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion, including without limitation, advertising agencies, PR, prize suppliers and legal advisors. In these Terms and Conditions, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partner or spouse members of such employees or of anyone with whom such employees are domiciled. 

3.Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 GMT on 16th June 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 6th July 2026. Entries received outside of the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion and will be void. 

4.To enter: 

a. Visit the competition page on the Wall’s website and complete the sign-up form at https://www.wallsicecream.com/uk/our-brands/solero/soleroloveislandcompetition2026.html. Entrants can also access the page by clicking the Ad on Meta. 

b.To complete the sign-up form, you must provide the following information: 

● First name; 

● Last name;  

● Email address;  

c.Submit your entry by clicking the ‘Enter Now’ button to be in with a chance to win the Prize (details below) via a prize draw at the end of the Promotional Period. 

5.One entry per email address only. If an entrant attempts to enter using multiple identities or submits entries with the same email address more than once, they will be disqualified, and any prize won will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement. 

6.No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either an entrant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data; using multiple email addresses; using multiple postal addresses; acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter; using identities other than their own; creating fake identities or using any other automated or manual means in order to increase that entrant's or a household’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants and their household will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void. 

7.Illegible, incorrect and/or incomplete Entries will not be accepted or eligible to win the prize(s). No responsibility can be accepted for Entries that are illegible, incorrect, incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason. 

8.We reserve the right to verify each winner and ask for proof of identity, age and address, and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right in our sole and reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant who: (a) we have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions; and/or (b) corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; and/or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion. We also reserve our legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender. 

9.There will be 10 winners. Prizes include: 

    1.Two winners will win 1 x pair of tickets to an exclusive Meet & Greet with Series 13 Love Islanders, followed by an event taking place on 6th August 2026 at a central London location (the ‘Grand Prize’).  

2) The remaining eight winners will each receive a year’s worth of Twister and Solero ice cream, provided in the form of paper vouchers. The “year’s supply” prize consists of 24 x Walls vouchers per calendar month, each worth up to a value of £5 (subject to separate terms, which will be clearly stipulated on the coupon). 

 

The Grand Prize includes: 

    a. 2x Tickets to the Love Island Meet & Greet Event 

    b. 1-night accommodation at One Hundred Shoreditch London Hotel: 100 Shoreditch High Street, London, E1 6JQ (1 room, double occupancy and breakfast included) (check-in and check-out dates and times will vary). 

    c. A return train fare (standard class) and taxis within London from the station to and back from the hotelFor the avoidance of doubt, travel will be based on the location of each winner's home. The winner’s guest must travel with them from such a location. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the winners and/or their guest miss the arranged transport or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. Winners must live in GB. 

    d. Travel date and times are set by ITV and cannot be changed. ITV will contact the winner directly to arrange timings. The Promoter and ITV are not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of travel cancellation/delay. 

    e. Prior to the Love Island Meet & Greet Event (UK), there will be a meet & greet with the S13 finalists for competition winners. 

10.The winners of the Grand Prize and their guest must be at least 18 years old. The winners shall remain at all times responsible for their guest.  

11.It is the Grand Prize winner’s responsibility to organise their own transport from their home/location to the departure train in the UK and back from the arrival train upon their return. Unless expenses are expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions to be expenses which are part of any prize, all other expenses incurred by the winners and their guest in preparation for, or during the event, are the responsibility of the winners and their guests, including but not limited to meals, transfers, insurance 

12.Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. 

13.Prize elements, including travel provider and hotel, will be determined by ITV who are the prize provider in its absolute discretion.  

14.The Grand Prize winners and their guest must travel together, including travelling on the same train/taxi and staying in the same accommodation and possess all required documents as applicable. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the winners and/or their guest miss the arrange transport or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the sole responsibility and expense of the winners and their guest. A credit card may be required from the winners at check-in to the hotel for all incidental charges.  

15.The Promoter will not be liable to Grand Prize winners or guests for any costs, damages, injuries or losses incurred by the winners or their guests as a result of travelling to or attending the trip. 

16.The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances outside our control make this necessary. 

17.Winner Selection: The winners will be selected at random using a random name generator of individuals who have submitted valid entries received on or before the closing date. The first two winners picked will receive the grand prize. The following 8 winners picked will receive the year’s worth of ice cream vouchers. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. 

18.Winner Notification & Prize fulfilment: The Prize Draw will take place within 2 days of the Promotion close date.. The winners will be notified by email to the email address inputted upon entry within 2 days of the prize draw. The Grand Prize winners will have 3 days to respond back with their prize acceptance and a mobile number for prize fulfilment. 

19.If the Grand Prize winners do not respond to the initial email notification within 3 days their prize will be forfeited and a reserve winner, selected at the same time as the initial winner, will be contacted. Reserve winners may have less time to respond. 

20.For the Grand Prize ticket winners, the Promoter will share the winner’s contact details with ITV who will fulfil all tickets, transport and hotel accommodation and will liaise directly with loveislandevents@itv.com to provide a mobile number, email address and their guest’s name, for contact and claim their prize.  

21.Upon receipt of a valid claim, the Grand Prize winners will be contacted via a telephone call on the mobile number they provided after their win notification email to arrange fulfilment of their Prize. The winners will be required to confirm their and their selected guests’: first name, last name, email address, and any other necessary information for fulfilment purposes via the telephone call. 

22.If, after 3 (three) attempts and within 3 (three) days of the initial email, we have not successfully contacted the winner, or if the winner has been unavailable, the Grand prize will be forfeited and may be reallocated to a reserve winner. 

23.For the year’s worth supply of ice cream winners, the Wall’s brand team will contact the winners via email within 3 working days of acceptance to arrange the order and fulfilment of prize. 

24.If, after 3 (three) attempts and within 3 (three) days of the initial email, we have not successfully contacted the winner, or if the winner has been unavailable, the year’s worth supply of ice cream vouchers will be forfeited and may be reallocated to a reserve winner. 

25. If you are selected as a winner and the Promoter receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, the Promoter will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share your first and last name directly with them.  

26.The winners (and their guest) may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion and may be filmed / photographed / interviewed by the Promoter or on our behalf during the trip. The winners grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute and make derivative works of such footage / photographs / testimonials in any media and through any media channel. In the event of such a request, a consent disclaimer would be provided. 

27.By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. In addition, by entering the competition, the entrants consent to the Promotor sharing the winners’ details with a third-party agency for the purpose of facilitating this promotion. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://corporate.magnumicecream.com/en/notices/privacy/united-kingdom-english.html All entry instructions form part of the rules. 

28.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment and in the event of an early cancellation or termination of this Promotion, the Promoter will select winner(s) from all valid and eligible Entries received prior to any such early cancellation or termination. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter. 

29.These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
