RADOX X STRAVA 2025 ‘MARATHON IN A MONTH’ CHALLENGE – T&Cs

1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.

 

2. The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

 

 

How to Enter

 

3. To enter:

 

1. 1. Complete the Radox ‘Marathon in a Month’ on the Strava app; then

 

1. 2. Visit the competition page at https://www.radox.co.uk/strava2025.html; and

 

1. 3. Complete the sign-up form.

 

4. To complete the sign-up form, you must provide the following information:

• First name;
• Last name;
• Email address; and

 

5. By entering the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions whereby you consent to your data being shared with the Promoter and a third-party agency for prize fulfilment purposes only.

 

6. Answering the additional questions (opting in to marketing consent) is optional.

 

7. Promotional Period: The opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 01.03.2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 31.03.2025.

 

8. No purchase necessary; however, internet access, a valid email address and a public Strava profile is required in order to enter validly. All entrants must also have a visible Radox ‘Marathon in a Month’ Strava Badge (to confirm that they have completed the challenge) on their Strava profile in order to be eligible.

 

9. Entrants will need their privacy settings on the Strava app set on public during the Promotional Period and for the time period necessary to administer the Promotion, to allow the Promoter to verify their account.

 

Entry Requirements

 

10. The promotion is limited to one entry per person, per email address and per Strava profile. No entrant may win more than one prize. Prizes are limited to one per household.

 

11. Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

 

12. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

 

13. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

 

Prizes

 

14. There are 11 prizes and 11 winners in total. Each winner will win 1 (one) of the prizes available (see details of prizes below). Winners will not be able to choose the prize they receive. Prizes will be drawn in the following order:

 

1. 1. 1 x Ballot Place to participate in the 2026 TCS London Marathon which will be held on 26.04.2026 (“Ballot Place Prize”);

 

1. 2. 5 x New Balance Fresh Foam X 1080 v14 Trainers (“Trainers Prize”); and

 

• 3. 5 x Radox Bundle Hamper, comprised of the following products (“Bundle Prize”):
• 1 x Feel Awake Shower Gel 225ml;
• 1 x Feel Active Shower Gel 225ml;
• 1 x Muscle Soak Bath 500ml; and
• 1 x Muscle Soak Salts 400g.

 

15. Only one entry per person, per email address and per Strava profile is permitted during the Promotional Period. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

 

16. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless stated otherwise above.

 

17. Ballot Place Prize Specifics:

 

1. 1. Allocation of the TCS London Marathon ballot place will be at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The winner will receive one ballot place only valid for the specified date.

 

1. 2. The prize includes the ballot place only and does not cover any costs related to travel, accommodation, food, drinks, or any expense of any kind.

 

1. 3. By accepting the prize, you agree to the TCS London Marathon General Conditions of Entry (available at https://www.londonmarathonevents.co.uk/london-marathon/tcs-london-marathon-general-conditions-entry) and are subject to any regulations in force at the applicable venue. The tickets may not be resold under any circumstances.

 

1. 4. By accepting the prize, you confirm that by the date of the event, you will be sufficiently fit and healthy to participate in the event unaided. If you are in any doubt, please seek medical advice.

 

1. 5. The prize may not be reallocated under any circumstances. The details provided by the winner when claiming the prize must be the same as those who claim the ballot entry.

 

1. 6. The winner will be required to attend the Running Show ahead of the event to collect their running bib, where they will be subject to identity verification. The Running Show will take place on the week of the 2026 TCS London Marathon Race, on 26.04.2026.

 

1. 7. The prize ticket is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.

 

 

18. Specifics of Trainers Prize:

 

1. The prize includes 1 x pair of New Balance Fresh Foam X 1080 v14 Shoes only. Winners will not be able to choose the design (colour) of the trainers they receive.

 

2. By accepting the prize (in the manner detailed at Clause 20 below), you acknowledge that once prizes have been dispatched, they cannot be returned or exchanged. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect shoe sizes communicated by the winners in their emails responding to the notification email. It is the winners’ responsibility to check that they respond to the email notifying them of winning with their correct shoe size. 19. Winner Selection: All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into a random number generator. The first 11 entries drawn at random will each win one of the 11 prizes. The prizes will be allocated to the winners in the order set out in Clause 14. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promotor is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promotor reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

 

20. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified by an email from unilevercustomercare@unileverconsumerlink.co.uk within 5 days of the closing date. The winners must claim their prize by responding to the email by confirming their full name, email address and all necessary information (including home address, where applicable) for prize fulfilment purposes within 7 days of the notification. The Promoter will share such personal data with TCS London Marathon and/or Wasserman EMEA LLP (a third-party agency) who will use it to fulfil the Ballot Place Prize and Trainers Prize. The winners of the Trainers Prize will be required to share their shoe size in order to claim. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.

23. The Ballot Place Prize winner may be filmed / photographed / interviewed by the Promoter or on our behalf during the 2026 TCS London Marathon. The winner grants us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute and make derivative works of such footage / photographs / testimonials in any media and through any media channel.

 

24. The Ballot Place Prize winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.

 

25. If you are selected as a winner and Unilever receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, Unilever will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them. 

 

26. The winners’ details (initials of first and last name) may be made available on request by emailing ukicare@unilever.com within 2 weeks of the closing date.

 

 

General Terms

 

27. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.  All entry instructions form part of the rules.

 

28. The Promoter, Unilever, reserves the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.  

 

29. Entrants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter, TCS London Marathon (where applicable) and/or by Wasserman. Entrant’s details will not be passed onto other third party for any other purpose without prior consent. Entrants' personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html.  

 

30. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
