How to Enter
3. To enter, purchase 1 (one) Twister FRRREEZE Ice cream ‘Qualifying Product’ from any Participating UK Retailer store. Please retain the original itemised till receipt showing purchase of the Qualifying Product.
4. Entry is via scanning the QR code found on the pack of the Qualifying Product purchased. Entrants must complete the entry form within the Promotional Period.
5. To complete the entry form, you must provide the following information:
First name;
Last name;
Mobile number;
Email address;
Upload an image of the itemised till receipt showing purchase of the Qualifying Product dated within the Promotional Period
6. Submit your entry by clicking the “ENTER” button to be in with a chance to win the Prize (details below) via a prize draw.
7. Promotional Period: There are 4 Promotional Periods for this prize draw.
1. Promotional Period 1: opens at 00:00 BST on 1st April 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30th April 2026
2. Promotional Period 2: Opens at 00:00 BST on 1st May 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 31st May 2026.

9. Entrants should retain each of their original itemised till receipts as these will be required to validate a winning claim. Receipts must pre-date the time of entry and be within the Promotional Period.
Entry Requirements
10. The promotion is limited to one entry per person per itemised till receipt. No entrant may win more than one prize. Prizes are limited to one person and household.
11. Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
12. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
13. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

15. Travel dates for the Grand Prize are set by the Promoter and must take place within 1st August 2026 to 30th July 2027 excluding 12th December 2026 – 6th January 2027 and 26th March 2027 – 10th April 2027. The winner will be required to select travel dates that fall within this timeframe. Flights / Eurostar schedules are subject to change without notice. The Promoter is not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight/Eurostar cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay
16. The winners of the Grand Prize will be required to confirm preferred date of travel within 6 weeks after draw date. Disneyland Paris booking is subject to availability. Approximate commercial unit value of €4,319 incl. taxes.
17. The winners and guests of the Grand Prize must all hold a valid passport and have authority to enter France. This must be obtained and confirmed before travelling to France. The Winners and their guests MUST hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on their passport from the date of travel, visa (if required) and right to travel to France.
18. If a visa is required, the Promoter is not responsible for the visa application process, issuance and/or use. Any costs associated with the visa application are borne by the winners and their guests and are not reimbursed by the Promoter. If winners (and their guest)s are unable to obtain such a visa within 8 weeks of being notified of the prize, the prize and its value will be forfeited.
19. The winners (and their guests) are responsible for ensuring that they have complied with all necessary travel requirements, including but not limited to ensuring their details on travel documents and bookings are correct and having adequate and sufficient travel and medical insurance for their period of travel and duration of their stay.
20. Unless expenses are expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions to be expenses which are part of any prize, all other expenses incurred by the winners and their guest in preparation for, or during the trip, are the responsibility of the winner and their guest, including but not limited to all other meals, transfers, insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, spending money, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls and all other ancillary costs are not included.
21. The winners must be at least 18 years old and shall remain at all times responsible for their guests. Guests may be under 18, but anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
22.Prize elements, including air travel provider and hotel, will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. All travel is always subject to availability and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner. Departure airport will depend on the flight / Eurostar availability to Paris.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances outside our control make this necessary.
24. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
25. The Grand Prize winners and their guests will be solely responsible for all taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.
26. It is the responsibility of the Grand Prize winners and their guests to ensure that they have complied with all necessary travel requirements, for example:
a.The booking cannot be changed (e.g., dates, guest names, etc.) without incurring administration or cancellation fees for the travel/hotel/event operator. These fees would be the responsibility of the winner.
b. All components of the prize must be claimed at the same time.
c. Once booked, the prize cannot be changed or supplemented.
d. Obtaining all necessary medical needs (including immunisations) and documentation, applicable to France.
27. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. 28. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. The Grand Prize winners and their guests must travel together, including travelling on the same flights/Eurostar and staying in the same accommodation and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the winners and/or their guest miss their outbound or return flights/Eurostar or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the sole responsibility and expense of the winner and their guest. A credit card may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel for all incidental charges.
29. The Promoter will not be liable to Grand Prize winners or guests for any costs, damages, injuries or losses incurred by the winners or their guests as a result of travelling to or attending the trip.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances outside our control make this necessary.
Selection of Winners
31. All valid entries received on or before the respective Promotional entry close date will be entered into a random number generator within 5 days of the Promotional close date.
32. Monthly Prize Draw ‘Provisional Winners’:
For Promotional Period 1 The first 37 entries drawn at random will each win a Nintendo Switch 2 console + £10 Nintendo eVoucher.

Grand Prize Draw ‘Provisional Winners’: All entries into each Promotional Period 1-4 will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Draw. The first entry drawn at random will win the VIP Stay at Disneyland Paris and the next 5 entries drawn will win the Standard Stay at Disneyland Paris
34. All provisional winners will have their submitted itemised till receipts validated prior to being confirmed as a winner.
35. The winners of the Monthly Prize will be notified on the mobile number inputted upon entry within 48 hours of the prize draw with a link to provide their postal address for prize fulfilment. The winners will have 5 (five) working days to respond back with their prize acceptance and postal address for prize fulfilment.
The winners of the Grand Prize will be notified of their win by an email within 48 hours of the Prize Draw. The winners will also be contacted via a telephone call on the mobile number they provided for prize acceptance and to arrange fulfilment of their Prize.
36.The winners will have [7] days from the initial win notification to accept their prize. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
37.The winner(s) may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
38. If you are selected as a winner and TMICC receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, TMICC will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the [UK/ROI] Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them.
39. The winner’s(s’) details initials of first and last name may be made available on request by emailing [ukicare@TMICC.com] within [x] weeks of the closing date.
General Terms
40. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
41. The Promoter, TMICC, reserve the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.

Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
